Indications
1. Prevention and treatment of vitamin B3 deficiency, including pellagra
2. Supplementation when the demand for vitamin B3 is increased and dietary intake is insufficient, such as in wasting diseases, pregnancy, breastfeeding, and strenuous physical labor
3. In the following conditions, when vitamin B3 deficiency or metabolic disorder is presumed to be involved:
1) Angular cheilitis, stomatitis, glossitis
2) Contact dermatitis, acute and chronic eczema, photosensitive dermatitis
3) Meniere's syndrome
4) Peripheral circulatory disorders (Raynaud's phenomenon, cold extremities, chilblains, frostbite)
